This trip blends things that bring one into a state of balance with experiences of this state. 

We are very lucky to have Jenny Waddell leading yoga.  Anne Strozier Adams and Beth Burke will be providing acupuncture treatments, and meals and travel are provided by the Morro Negrito Surf camp.  The meals are simple and delicious.  The setting is rustic and beautiful. 

The cost of this retreat includes everything except for airfare and meals in Panama City.
