Here is a simple and easy exercise to help you feel (and then build up) your own qi. It’s important that you find somewhere comfortable to sit to do this, with no distractions. Treat it a mini meditation to get the best results. Remember to sit in a relaxed, yet upright position, unclench your facial muscles and let your eyes drop to a half closed position. This is all about focus. If you can’t feel anything the first time, don’t fret just be easy on yourself and try again at a different time or see if there is something stopping you from focusing.
This is exercise is called La Qi – pulling Qi – the more you do it the greater the sensations you will feel.
