The perfect Pop-Up for January! A morning of restorative wellness led by Helen (Acupuncturist & Stress Management Specialist) and Gemma (Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist & Qualified Nurse).
As well as experiencing some wonderful guided relaxation you will learn some detoxing and energising qi practice routines (qi or chi translates as life-force or energy in Traditional Chinese Medicine) and new for 2018 – “Chi Yoga”. This form of yoga is suitable for all and allows you to totally “reboot” your mind and body by using yoga flow movements to stimulate acupuncture points and qi (or chi) pathways.
If after your morning of “wellness work” you wanted to continue with more relaxation and restoration you can add on a 1 or 3 hour spa access pass (optional) or even a treatment and afternoon tea which can be taken as lunch. See the Chapel Spa website for a full list of add-on options. As well as treatment rooms, there is a hydrotherapy pool with candle-lit relaxation area, steam room, gym and Arabian Rasul.
This Pop-Up is designed to bring about a sense of renewal – ideal if you want to feel healthier, more energetic or simply want to de-stress. You’ll learn how to incorporate simple tools and techniques from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chi Yoga in to your every day.
